Yes. Mint is one atelier for walls and floors. Interior painting, floor installation and refinishing, carpentry, millwork, bathrooms and full renovations are delivered by our own coordinated crews under one project lead. You have a single point of contact, one schedule and one standard of finish — no hand-offs between separate contractors.
Every project is priced on its own scope, surface condition, finishes and building requirements. After your private consultation you receive a clear, itemized scope with pricing and timing before any work begins — so you know exactly what is included. If something unexpected is found behind a wall or under a floor, it is discussed and approved in writing before we continue.
Yes. Mint is fully licensed and carries comprehensive liability and workers' compensation coverage. Before work begins we issue a Certificate of Insurance naming your building, and our crews follow your building's rules and insurance requirements throughout the project.
We guide you through it. During the consultation we review palettes, sheens and flooring options for your light, your architecture and how you live in the space. We prepare samples and finish mock-ups so you can see the result before committing, and we only apply premium paints and materials.
Yes — it is most of what we do. We work to your building's quiet hours and elevator bookings, coordinate directly with managing agents and superintendents, protect every common-area path and adjacent surface, and keep the work area contained and clean each day so you can keep living at home.
